Why we process information

We use information you send to answer product questions, prepare a quote and support an order. The website also uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page loads and WhatsApp contact-button clicks for advertising measurement.

Information you choose to provide

This website does not contain an order form or account registration. If you contact us through WhatsApp, you may choose to provide information such as your name, delivery address, product selection and order details. That information is used to answer your request and provide order support.

Analytics and advertising

After the landing page loads successfully, Meta Pixel sends one browser PageView for that page document. A Contact event is sent only when you click a WhatsApp contact button. The browser Contact and server Contact use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. Measurement data may include event time and identifier, page URL, IP address, browser user agent, Meta browser or click identifiers (_fbp, _fbc or fbclid), campaign parameters, button location and limited product context. The Meta access token remains a server-side secret and is never included in the frontend or domain configuration.

Cookies and local storage

Storage may remember your language preference, a randomly generated visitor identifier and a 15-day contact deduplication marker. The visitor identifier keeps number routing consistent so repeated WhatsApp enquiries from the same browser reach the same contact. The deduplication marker keeps the original enquiry number and prevents repeated Contact measurement during that 15-day window. Meta may also set advertising measurement identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.

How long information is kept

The visitor identifier used for consistent WhatsApp routing is stored for up to 365 days. The contact deduplication marker is stored for up to 15 days. If a Contact click happens before Pixel is ready, a minimal pending event is kept in session storage for up to one hour and then removed. Messages, order details and transaction records are kept only as long as needed to answer your request, complete or support the order, meet legal duties or resolve disputes.

International services and transfers

This business is based in Hong Kong. Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Cloudflare and WhatsApp are third-party services that may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom under their own terms and transfer safeguards. Review the privacy information of those providers before sending information through WhatsApp. We do not ask for sensitive information on this website.

European and UK visitors

Advertising measurement technologies may be subject to consent requirements under applicable European or UK law. This website currently initializes Meta measurement automatically. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request data portability and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. WhatsApp

Shopping buttons direct you to a WhatsApp conversation link. A Contact event records the button click; it does not confirm that a WhatsApp message was sent. WhatsApp applies its own privacy practices. Only send information that is necessary for your request.

Order information may be shared only with service providers that help complete the order, such as payment and delivery providers. We do not sell customer contact information.
